Weekly Update - December 19, 2015

Hi Ladies - Greetings of the Season!!!  

December 19th was a wonderful meeting and everyone pitched in to totally revamp our club's storage shelves.  You will not believe it, but in 2 1/2 hours, we cleared every single piece off the shelves, sorted, compacted, repacked, and restocked our shelves - with room to spare!!!  It's awesome in there!!!  Ladies, what a wonderful way to start the New Year 2016 with shelves that are more in line with what we do each and every week together.  Hooray! Hooray! Hooray!

And we took time for Show & Tell, of course:

Micki - Gift wrap idea - making a flat sheet of wrapping paper into a flat bottom "tube"'  - it's been on Facebook and other internet craft sites.

December 26th - ROOM IS OPEN, but no formal meeting.  No sign in, no show and tell, etc.

January 2nd - We are meeting and 2016 begins my goal of ONE (at least) finished UFO each and every week that will include highlighting some sewing/quilting/crafting technique or highlight to share as well.  Ladies, I have an endless supply of UFO's to pick and choose from and can't wait to get started with this year-long endeavor for 2016!!  I'm counting on all of you to keep me on track - hint hint Lu!!

With the last holidays (Christmas and New Years Eve) of this year and first holiday of next year (Yes - New Years Day 2016!) all happening within the next week and a half, I just want to say to each and every one of you that I wish you God's blessings for the seaon and in the new year.
