Weekly Update - March 28, 2015
BJ wrote: A lot of the gals loved my chenile rabbit which Kathy did a year or so ago and she has offered to teach a class when time is available - FYI: Kathy will do a demo on "faux chenille" this Saturday! April 11th!! Yes, there is a cute bunny pattern (from last year's club project), but there is an adorable kitty pattern - that I plan to make up - I used to have orange tabby kitties and miss them everyday. You could do a turtle, dog, salamander, frog, toadstool, star - whatever floats your boat (ha ha). It's the technique - "faux chenille" - that is the trick and no one is as good at it than Kathy Jones. This Sat. - April 11th!
BJ continues: Lunch and Learn went well. Our scrapy carrots
went over well, alot drew the pattern but only two I saw finished the carrot,
it was fun and enjoyed by all. Maybe 17 or 18 gals where there.
March 28th Show and Tell was wonderful, Joanne took pictures and will give them to
Lois.
